How does the modular pricing work?
Start with a CRM Base plan for contact management, then add only the features you need. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Advanced CRM are all optional add-ons that can be added or removed at any time.
Can I change my plan or add-ons at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or change add-ons at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when approaching limits. Overage charges apply: £0.50/1,000 extra emails, £0.05/SMS (UK), £0.02/SMS (US), £0.07/WhatsApp message, £3/1,000 extra contacts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans and add-ons come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What about AI features?
You get 500 free AI credits every month with any plan. After that, additional credits are £0.25 each. Use them for AI email writing, subject line optimization, and content suggestions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Direct Debit (UK BACS), SEPA (EU), and ACH (US). Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
