We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Email Sending Requirements

When sending emails through our platform, you must:

Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

Use truthful subject lines that reflect content

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Sendifai service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

Your use of Sendifai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendifai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendifai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
